(A) No building shall remain on a temporary foundation for more than 30 days before it is located on its permanent foundation in accordance with the approved site plan.
(B) In the event a building remains on a temporary foundation for more than 5 days, the same shall be tied down and secured with at least 4 anchors of a minimum size of 4 feet in length with a minimum 4-inch auger on end, screwed into the ground, and tied to the structure.
