§ 151.45 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBCHAPTER.
   No building or part of any building, structure or dwelling shall be moved through, across or over any sidewalk, street, alley or highway within the corporate limits of the town without the owner or contractor complying with the terms and conditions of this subchapter.
