8-1-1: AUTHORITY:
The board of county commissioners adopts this title pursuant to the county land use development and management act, Utah Code Annotated title 17, chapter 27a, and all other authorities and provisions of Utah statutory and common law that are applicable. (1998 Code § 17.00.010)
