6-1-6: APPROACHES TO COUNTY ROADS:
The construction of approaches to county roads shall be by permit only, subject to the following terms and conditions:
   A.   Application shall be made pursuant to section 6-1-7 of this chapter;
   B.   Approaches must be on a ninety degree (90°) angle to the road;
   C.   Must have sufficient clearance both ways to allow for visual sight of approaching traffic;
   D.   Must furnish own pipe to handle any drainage problems;
   E.   Must be responsible for their own cattle guards and/or gates that are installed on the approach;
   F.   Those applying for this permit must be responsible to alert the utilities of any work being done in the right of way and must also be responsible for damage to such utilities;
   G.   When an approach is made, at least a thirty foot (30') level portion be built where it meets the main roadway, thus eliminating sharp rises or sharp drops in the approachway. (1998 Code § 12.04.090)
