A. Application; Project Description: Application shall be made to the road department. Said application shall include a complete description of the extent and nature of the project, including dimensions and diagrams.
B. Fee: Said application shall be accompanied by the proper application fee. Said fee shall be set by the county commission upon the adoption date hereof, and may be subject to review and change periodically as the county commission deems just and proper.
C. Review: Upon receipt of the complete application, the road department shall review said application as to its meeting the county specifications, as well as its effect on the existing county road system.
D. County Commission Review: Upon approval of the road department, the application shall be sent to the county commission for review. The county commission shall grant said permit, provided said permit meets the approval of the road department and the planning and zoning department.
E. Time Limit For Action: Each step of this procedure shall be accomplished within five (5) working days, each department having five (5) working days to accept or reject said application. (1998 Code § 12.04.100)
