§ 130.01 PROHIBITING POSSESSION OF FIREARMS.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 35-47-11.1-4(5), no person shall possess a firearm in any building that contains the courtroom of the County Circuit Court, the County Superior Court, or the County Small Claims Court, including, but not limited to, the County Courthouse located at One Courthouse Square, Jasper, Indiana, and the County Annex located at 602 Main Street, Jasper, Indiana.
   (B)   Pursuant to I.C. 35-47-11.1-4(6), no person shall intentionally display a firearm at a public meeting.
   (C)   This section shall not be applicable to the following:
      (1)   A federal, state, or local law enforcement officer;
      (2)   A judicial officer;
      (3)   A person who has been employed by the County Board of Commissioners as a security officer, or who has been authorized by the Board of Commissioners, or by a judge of the County Circuit or Superior Court, to possess a firearm; or
      (4)   Firearms taken to the public reception area of the County Security Center for processing purposes only.
