It shall be unlawful, and in violation of this chapter, for any person to cruelly treat, or neglect, any domesticated animal, including:
(A) Inhumane beating or malicious killing;
(B) Under feeding or abandoning an animal in that person’s care; and/or
(C) Failing to provide water, shelter, or medical care, or treatment, for such animal.
