A person who operates an off-road vehicle in violation of §§ 71.01 through 71.06 shall be subject to the imposition of the same judgement prescribed for a Class C infraction, as set out in I.C. 34-28-5-4, unless such violation is otherwise designated by a state statute, or a rule or regulation, promulgated by a state agency.
