§ 70.02 ERECTION OF IDENTIFICATION, DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
   (A)   In order to give guidance to the motoring public and emergency vehicles in response to 911 emergency calls, all county highways have been designated a name or number, and signs have been erected to designate the name or number of each highway in the county.
   (B)   The removal of, obliteration, or damage to a highway sign by any person shall be considered a Class C misdemeanor, as provided in I.C. 35-50-3-4.
