§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Upon conviction of violation of § 70.01, any such person shall, for the first conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $100; for a second such conviction within one year thereafter, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200; upon a third, or subsequent, conviction within one year after the first conviction, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500. Law enforcement personnel, owners, and operators of vehicles shall have the same rights upon violation of § 70.01, as set forth in I.C. 9-20-13, 9-20-14, 9-20-15, 9-20-17, 9-20-18, and 9-20-13-22.
   (C)   Any person, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, unincorporated association, or other entity violating any provision of § 70.04 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not to exceed $1,000. Each separate violation thereof and each day's violation thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
