(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person found to be violating any provisions of §§ 50.01 and 50.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. On conviction, the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second offense, by the fine of not more than $1,000; and for the third, and each subsequent, offense by a fine of not more than $1,000, to which may be added imprisonment for any determined period not exceeding 90 days, and each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating insanitary conditions, and conditions as ordered by the Health Officer, or his or her designee, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
