(A) This section is not applicable to PUD zoned areas.
(B) Upon completion of all improvements or posting of appropriate bonds as required by the subdivision regulations, the subdivider shall file the final plat at least ten working days before the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The final plat of any portion of a larger subdivision, the preliminary plat of which has been approved by the Commission, may be submitted for approval. Completion of improvements, or the giving of security therefor, need only cover that portion of the plat for which final approval is requested.
