(A) This section is not applicable to PUD zoned areas.
(B) For a period of one year from the date the constructed improvements were accepted by the municipality, the subdivider shall make such repairs or replacements as determined by the Municipal Engineer to bring all improvements within the standards required by these regulations. The subdivider shall furnish the municipality a bond or other surety acceptable to Council in the amount of 10% of the subdivision bond for such purpose. Such bond shall be effective from the date of acceptance of the improvements until all maintenance items have been performed and accepted by the Municipal Engineer.
