§ 152.042 TIME FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   This section is not applicable to PUD zoned areas.
   (B)   All required improvements shall be constructed within two years of the acceptance of the final plat by Council contingent upon unforeseen delays or extension of time by Council.
