§ 114.04 STATE PERMIT REQUIRED.

No license for drilling for oil or gas within the municipality shall be issued until the applicant has first obtained a permit for oil or gas drilling from the Division of Mines, Department of Industrial Relations, of the State of Ohio. A copy of the permit shall be included with each application.
