§ 114.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. All technical or oil and gas industry words, terms or phrases used herein and not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning customarily attributed thereto by prudent operators in the oil and gas industry.
   GAS. All natural gas and all other fluid hydrocarbons not hereinabove defined as oil, including condensate because it originally was in a gaseous phase in the reservoir.
   LICENSEE. The person to whom is issued a license for the drilling and operation of a well under this chapter and his or its administrators, executors, heirs, successors and assigns.
   OIL. Crude petroleum oil and other hydrocarbons regardless of gravity that are produced in liquid form by ordinary production methods, but does not include liquid hydrocarbons that were originally in a gaseous phase in the reservoir.
   OWNER. The person who has the right to drill into and produce from a pool and to appropriate the oil or gas that he produces therefrom, either for himself or for himself and others.
   PERSON. Any natural person, corporation, association, partnership, receiver, trustee, executor, administrator, guardian, fiduciary or other representatives of any kind and includes any government or any political subdivision or any agency thereof. The masculine gender in referring to a person includes the feminine and neuter genders.
   WELL. Any hole or holes, bore or bores, to any sand, formation, strata or depth, which is, or are drilled, bored, sunk, dug or put down for the purpose of exploring for or ascertaining the existence of any oil, gas, liquid hydrocarbon or any of them, or for the purpose of producing and recovering any oil, gas, liquid hydrocarbon or any of them.
