(A) Any original or renewal application for a license to operate a child day-care center shall be accompanied by a valid state child day-care license or provisional license issued pursuant to R.C. § 5104.03.

(B) The license fee shall be as set forth from time to time by ordinance for one year or any fraction thereof.
