§ 98.08 JOINT PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION.

In order to promote the purposes of this chapter and the policy set forth herein, the City Manager shall adopt administrative regulations requiring and governing joint planning and construction for all right-of-way permittees except for special right-of-way permittees for residential purposes.
