§ 97.02 STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   Except where the boundaries of rights-of-way of roadways located within the city are otherwise established by public records of the city, a township, a county, or the state; by reference to monuments or physical objects or barriers; by apparent public as opposed to private use; or by other indicia; such boundaries of rights-of-way of roadways now and hereafter located within the city shall be prima facie 60 feet, being 30 feet on either side of the center lines of such roadways.
