§ 97.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ROADWAY. The entire width of the right-of-way and all street elements (i.e., pavement, curbs/gutters, ditches, sidewalks, conveyances, stormwater drainage, etc.) that are contained within the right-of-way.
   STREET. A road which provides access to three land parcels in its first 300 feet, or which provides access to ten land parcels throughout its total length or which the community desires to serve as a connecting link between two existing streets.
