§ 96.28 PERMITS FOR ORGANIZED EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.
   Any person or party intending to organize, promote, or stage a recreational, athletic, or social event in a park or recreation area must seek a permit from the City Manager or designee. Such permits shall be issued at the discretion of the City Manager or designee.
