(A) No person in a park shall start or maintain a fire except in a place or at a site designated for this purpose.
(B) No person in a park shall start or maintain a fire for the purposes of cooking or grilling food except in a place or at a site designated for this purpose.
(C) No person in a park shall build a fire at a time or period when the City Manager or designee has prohibited the building of fires.
