§ 96.02 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   No person shall enter or remain in a park except during the hours of a legally permitted activity, those hours in Dublin, Ohio, being from dawn to dusk.
   (B)   The City Manager or designee may grant permission to enter or remain in a park after dusk and before dawn when reasonable.
