§ 92.02 DRIVING ON CEMETERY PROPERTY .
   (A)   No person shall drive or operate any vehicle, including a bicycle, in a cemetery, except upon the graveled roadway, if such is provided. The following shall constitute exceptions to the provisions of this section:
      (1)   The operation of a municipal vehicle for interment or cemetery maintenance operations.
      (2)   Aa vehicle operated by a funeral home or monument company in the cemetery on bona fide business, and there exists a real and present need to leave the roadway to conduct such business.
      (3)   A police, fire, or other emergency vehicle responding to a call for assistance in the cemetery, and there exists a real and present need to leave the roadway to perform the function.
   (B)   In addition to any fine imposed for a violation of this section, any person who operates the vehicle in any manner as prohibited herein and the lawful owner of the vehicle shall be liable to the municipality for any and all damages.
