(A) Any person affected thereby may appeal the classification of an alarm as a “false alarm” herein to the Chief of the respective police or fire division involved for each such determination that the alarm is false within five days of receipt of a chargeable alarm notification as set forth in § 90.03(A).
(B) For each determination that an alarm is a chargeable false alarm, each person affected thereby may further appeal to the City Manager from the decision of the chief of the respective division provided that such appeal is made in writing within five days of the receipt of written notification of the initial determination. The decision of the City Manager shall be final.
