§ 53.110 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN.

A stormwater management plan and erosion and sediment control plan shall be submitted for review and approval by the City Engineer. Details regarding the contents of the documents will be created and maintained by the City Engineer in a manual or administrative policy.
