§ 33.66 PUBLIC CONTACT.
   All employees shall endeavor to make all forms of oral and written contact with residents and the public as pleasant, courteous, and helpful as possible. All residents should be treated with honesty, tact, courtesy, and parity. Procedures for complying with this provision shall be defined in the administrative orders of the City Manager. Violations shall be handled in accordance with the disciplinary provisions of this chapter.
