(A) Bicycle riding is prohibited on Main Street; but shall be permitted on all sidewalks provided same does not interfere with or endanger pedestrians and any law enforcement officer shall have the authority to prohibit reckless riding on any sidewalks.

(B) No person shall operate a bicycle on any section of a public park, playground, play lot, or tot lot, except on a roadway or in a parking area.
(C) No operator of any bicycle shall carry another person on such bicycle.
