It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle to park or abandon the vehicle or drive on or otherwise trespass on another’s property, or on an area developed as an off-street parking facility. If at any time a vehicle is parked, abandoned, or otherwise trespasses in violation of the provisions of this section, the property owner/lessee has the right to have the vehicle removed from said property at their expense.
