§ 151.168 LIGHTING STANDARDS.
   (A)   Food carts shall have lighting to ensure visibility of premises and safety for customers and employees.
   (B)   Areas to be occupied by customers and employees shall be illuminated when carts operate during hours of darkness.
   (C)   Lighting fixtures shall be oriented or shielded to prevent glare on abutting properties
