§ 133.05 AIDING ESCAPE FROM CUSTODY.
   (A)   No person shall attempt escape from custody or aid or assist a person in escaping from the custody of a peace officer.
   (B)   No person shall knowingly aid an escaped prisoner by offering shelter, clothing, food or any other thing or service which would aid or abet the escape of the prisoner.
