§ 71.06 CLINGING TO MOTOR VEHICLE.

The operator of a motor vehicle on a street shall not knowingly allow a person riding on a bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skates, skateboards, sleds or other device to attach himself or herself, the vehicle or the device to his or her motor vehicle.
