§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Except as may be limited by the Charter, violations of the State Vehicle Code, being O.R.S. Chapter 801-826, adopted by reference in § 70.01 are offenses against this city and are punishable to the same extent provided by state law.

   (B)   Violation of §§ 71.01 through 71.11 of this traffic code are punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,500.

   (C)   Violation of any other section of this traffic code is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
