§ 71.02 SPEED LIMITS IN PUBLIC PARKS.
   No person shall operate or cause to be operated, a motor vehicle in any city park, whether within or without the boundaries of the city, at a speed in excess of 15 mph, or at a speed which violates the basic speed rule of the State Vehicle Code, being O.R.S. Chapter 801-826.
