(a) Should the Village determine that the funds generated by the sticker registration tag fee do not cover the cost of administration of this chapter, it may, upon approval of Council, increase such fee.
(b) The registration fee set forth in Section 720.05(b) shall be charged once for each owner engaged in the removal or plowing of snow for hire regardless of how many vehicles said owner shall own and/or operate.
