The Village shall register and issue sticker registration tags to all firms or individuals who:
(a) Complete an application form prescribed by the Village for registration of private snow removal firms and individuals;
(b) Pay a registration fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per year; and
(c) Demonstrate proof of commercial or for-hire liability insurance with limits in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per person and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per occurrence for bodily injury and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) property damage liability.
