(a) All private snow removal firms and individuals shall register annually with the Village in accord with the provisions of Section 720.05, prior to removing, pushing or plowing snow from any private or public property located within the Village. Such registration will expire annually on June 1 of each year.
(b) No private snow removal firm or individual shall engage in the act of removing, pushing or plowing snow from any private or public property located within the Village without first having registered with the Village as required by this chapter.
