169.03 POWERS.

   The Liability Claims Review Board shall have authority to resolve the following liability claims made against the City of Dover:

   (a)   Any such claim in which personal injury or property damage exceeding two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) and less than twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) is alleged to have resulted from the negligence of the City of Dover and/or its employees, agents, or representatives; and

   (b)   Any claims on appeal from a determination made by the Administration pursuant to Section 169.04, below.
