1313.171 PERMIT AND INSPECTION EXCEPTION.

   There is hereby excepted from the provisions of Section 1313.14 and 1313.15, electrical work for which the State of Ohio assumes jurisdiction, requires permit and inspection fees, and does conduct inspections pursuant to law and, rules and regulations of the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Board of Building Standards and the Ohio Electrical Code.
