1313.11 REGISTRATION RENEWAL.
An electrical contractor's registration can be renewed from year to year by filing an application therefor in writing and paying an annual fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) and furnishing a new bond conditioned and subject to approval as provided in Section 1313.05. A registered electrician's registration can be renewed from year to year by filing an application therefor in writing and paying an annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00). Such registration shall be granted upon payment of the full annual fee without examination. The failure of any electrical contractor or registered electrician to pay such annual fee within a period of sixty days from the date of expiration of the former registration shall automatically constitute a revocation of the registration and the electrical contractor and registered electrician shall be required to re-register. All registrations and renewals of the same shall expire on December 31 of each year. (Ord. 15- 14. Passed 4-7-14.)
