1311.03 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

(a) No person or corporation shall engage in the business of contracting plumbing in the City, until he shall first registers as provided in this chapter.

(b) No person shall do the work of installing plumbing in a building or residence or pursue the trade of a journeyman plumber in the City, without first being registered as provided in this chapter, unless authorized under Section 1311.09.
