   (a)    Whoever violates Section 929.09(a), (b) or (c) or Section 929.02(e) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 64-89. Passed 8-7-89.)
   (b)    Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
