926.05 WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT CHARGES FOR USERS.

Anyone connected to the City water system shall pay a monthly debt service charge of five dollars and ninety-five cents ($5.95) per single family unit equivalent. The definition of single family unit equivalent shall be as given in Section 926.01.
