926.01 DEFINITIONS.
   "Single Family Unit Equivalents" means the flow from one single family residence. The following list shall be used to determine the total number of single family unit equivalents for proposed residential, commercial and industrial establishments. Facilities proposed other than those listed shall be evaluated by the Service Director to determine the appropriate single family unit equivalent.
   (a)   Single family, multiple family and all other connections that are residential in nature except such commercial establishments as hotels, motels or mobile home parks primarily used for intransit parking. The charge to customers in this user class shall be based upon the following factors:

   (b)   Commercial and public authority customers includes all customers who generally provide a service or a product for public use. It does not include manufacturing establishments which require process water. The charge to customers in this user class shall be based on the following factors:

Two plus 1/8 for each bedroom exceeding four in number

Athletic stadiums, field houses, parks and recreational camps
2/3 per toilet or urinal;
1/3 per kitchen sink or slop sink
Laundromat
1/2 per number of machines
Laundries
1/4 per rated pound of capacity
Car wash
One per single stall manual
Five per single stall automatic
Ten per drive through automatic
Schools
1/20 per pupil and each regular employee
   (c)   Industrial customers shall include all customers as defined in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, Office of Management of Budget, as amended and supplemented, under Division D-Manufacturing. The charge of this class of user shall be based upon the following:

1/4 per person regularly employed on the premises
      (2)   The multiplier for industrial establishments that use process water shall be determined case by case by the Service Director in a uniform manner. The Service Director has the authority to permit or to require an additional meter(s) to be installed at the applicant's expense.
