923.09 WATER PERMIT REQUIRED.

In order to install a water service and to connect to the City water supply system or to replace an existing water service line, it shall be necessary to obtain a water permit from the Director of Public Service who shall issue a water permit to licensed plumbing contractors only upon the payment of the fees in Section 923.10 and 923.11 for each connection to the City water distribution system. (Ord. 54-88. Passed 9-26-88.)
