923.11 SERVICE LINE AND STREET OPENING CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE LINE.
(a) The Director of Public Service shall make the following permit charges for the installation of the water service line owned by the City and for the repair and maintenance of the street caused by making the water service line connection.
