(a) Whoever violates Section 545.03 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
(b) Whoever violates Sections 545.04, 545.05 or 545.06 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
