§ 37.30 POLICY.

It is the policy of the City of the Village of Douglas to invest its funds in a manner which will ensure the preservation of capital, to provide the highest investment return with maximum security, to meet the daily cash flow needs of the city, and to comply with all state and local statutes governing the investment of public funds.
