The powers and duties of the Planning Commission shall be as prescribed by the zoning ordinance of the City of the Village of Douglas, the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, Public Act 33 of 2008, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3801 et seq., and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3101 et seq., and any amendments thereto. The rules and regulations as provided in such zoning ordinance and acts and any amendments thereto are hereby adopted and made a part of this code.
