The Planning Commission of the City of the Village of Douglas shall consist of seven members. The members shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of the City Council by majority vote. One appointed member shall be a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The term of each of the appointed members shall be three years. The terms and expiration of the terms of existing members of the Planning Commission are hereby ratified and confirmed.
